Rights at work

Workers-Rights

The EU has provided vital workers’ rights for people across Britain, including guaranteed paid leave, maternity and parental leave, and equal treatment for part-time and agency workers.

Working within the EU we have secured:

• At least 4 weeks’ paid leave

• Strong rights for working families

• Regular breaks and limits on hours

Brexit must not be used to undermine rights at work

Please join our campaign to make sure the UK government does not use Britain’s exit from the EU as a means of scrapping vital workers’ rights.

Dear David Davis,

The EU provides vital workers' rights for people across Britain, including guaranteed paid leave, maternity and parental leave, and equal treatment for part-time and agency workers.

I'm calling on you to safeguard these crucial rights as part of the UK's exit negotiations with other EU countries. Brexit must not be used to undermine people's rights at work.
