Improving Access to Justice for EU Citizens - Protecting Human Rights

Labour MEPs work actively to ensure respect for fundamental civic, political, economic and social rights in every European Union country. The European Parliament produces an annual report on what each EU country has or has not done in key areas of human rights practice. Since 2003, a network of national experts on human rights, organised by the EU, submits an annual report to the European Parliament.
